We have previously completed a tutorial regarding how to Jailbreak your iPhone or iPod touch on firmware 3.1.3. Once your iPhone has been Jailbroken, you can now easily Unlock it to use any mobile carrier you want to. Here’s some easy guide to how to Unlock iPhone 3.1.3:

• First, make sure that your device has been Jailbroken on the firmware 3.1.3. Here’s the guide on how to do that, if you haven’t done that already.
• Start Cydia on your iPhone.
• Tap on “Manage”, which would be at the bottom of your iPhone
• Now among the three options of “Package”, “Storage” and “Sources”, tap on sources
• Now tap on “Edit”, and then on “Add”. You’ll now be prompted to enter a URL. Type http://blackra1n.com in there and then tap on “Add Source”.
• Cydia will now perform some installations. After the installations are completed, re-launch Cydia and now install “Blacksn0w” on your iPhone.
• Few installation processes would be shown on the phone and when it will be done, your iPhone would be good to be used on any Carrier.
