Spirit Userland Jailbreak for iPad
There’s a good news for all the jailbreak lovers of iPhone who are planning to get an iPad, or have already got one. The Spirit Userland Jailbreak is now available for iPhone OS 3.2, which is being used in iPads, which means that the iPad owners would be able to Jailbreak their device easily.

The Spirit Userland Jailbreak takes advantage of a bug found in the Mobile Safari of iPhone OS 3.1.3 which allows a backdoor access to programmers to access its root directory, which further results in the Jailbreak.
Spirit Jailbreak for iPad, which is developed by Comex have posted a video online, which demonstrates the whole jailbreaking procedure for iPad.
This means that in the near future, iPad owners might be able to customize their device more with unofficial applications which may allow multi-tasking, background processing, some other cool games and stuff. Might be possible that we see another Cydia for iPad users selling or giving away restricted, but useful applications.
