The new iPhone 4 which has just started shipping has been now jailbroken successfully by the iPhone Dev Team. The new iOS 4 which was announced with the iPhone 4 has already been jailbroken and unlocked successfully. The programming bug that was utilized for Spirit Jailbreak tool previously has proven to be successful for iPhone 4 jailbreak too.

MuscleNerd of iPhone dev team shared a link on his twitter account which led to a screenshot showing Cydia running on his iPhone 4.

With this breakthrough, we can now expect the release of a new Spirit Jailbreak tool for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPod touch (3G and MC models)
