HTC Schubert is the First Windows Phone 7 Handset by HTC
Yup, thats right. Out of all the mobile manufacturers, its again the HTC that would now also manufacture mobile phones for Windows Phone 7. Rumor had it that HTC Gold or HTC HD3 might have been the one chosen for Windows Phone 7 but now its HTC Schubert.
A video has been leaked over the internet showing HTC Schubert being the first Windows Phone 7 handset from HTC. The phone is believed to be revealed on the debut of Windows Phone 7 this year. The phone looks much like a HTC Legend with aluminum unibody and touch sensitive buttons at the bottom.
No word on its specs so far, but we are hoping the usuals, 1GHz processor with OMLED touchscreen and dual camera. Check out this demo video of HTC Schubert for more details:
