This service won’t bug you repeatedly if you happen to face mass unfollow, they offer this service on their website. To check your stats, you would be required to visit their website and login to your account.

All you have to do is to follow @goodbyebuddy on Twitter and you are set. Your unfollow list would be maintained on their website which you can visit any time to check the report. Website’s address is given in their twitter profile.
