Microsoft Security essentials has been out for many days now and now it has been awarded with “The Best Security Software against all Threats” in the IT World. The product was tested by Microsoft and its users for a long time and finally its final version is now out in the market. The new version is quite better than the beta version, and is lighter than most of the security softwares I have ever tested, and above all, its all-in-one security pack for free!

The Launch of this product from Microsoft was not appreciated from other top-notch names in the production of security softwares, but I think that its a really good step for Microsoft to prove itself, as its previous security software, Windows Defender set some disappointments for its users. This was the chance for Microsoft to prove that they care for their customers, and now they have finally done it. No more expensive softwares needed anymore to protect your system!

Operating System: Genuine Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3); Windows Vista (Gold, Service Pack 1, or Service Pack 2); Windows 7

• For Windows Vista and Windows 7, a PC with a CPU clock speed of 1.0 GHz or higher, and 1 GB RAM or higher.

• 140 MB of available hard disk space.
• An Internet connection is required for installation and to download the latest virus and spyware definitions for Microsoft Security Essentials.
