• Start Cydia on your iPhone.
• Tap on Manage tab at the bottom.
• Tap on Sources.
• Now tap on Edit, and then Add. A new box will pop-up. Enter the following in there ( http://blackra1n.com) and then tap on the Add Source.
  

• Now Cydia will take care of the rest and will download the package. After that, search for “Blacksn0w” in Cydia. You’ll be able to find it easily. Install the app!

• Restart Your iPhone.
• Now you should have an Unlocked iPhone on OS 3.1.2, running on baseband 05.11.07
