Its not only the smart phones on which Google and HTC have collaborated to work on with, its now have been extended to the development of a Tablet PC. Both the companies are working hard to create a tablet PC which competes directly with the Apple’s Tablet

What features it would offer or what it would look like is currently out of question, since Google hasn’t tipped anyone officially about what it would consist of other than the stuff which is obvious. Currently, all the discussion around suggests that it would focus more on the ease-of-use of all the online applications that Google has got to offer.

Few sources claim that the two companies have already been working on the project for the past 18 months and they have already developed a prototype which is based on the Google Chrome Operating System. Rumor has it that it would be privately demonstrated to the HTC users in the upcoming CES.

HTC has also been working with Google to launch their new cell phone, Nexus One, which would be available by the end of this month.
