Apple has entered the battle arena for digitizing the books and is now in direct competition with Amazon Kindle. The Amazon Kindle had captured the ebook-reading-on-portable-device market for quite a while now, but now there’s a very strong competitor in the market, which is iPad.

Gizmodo has got some new concepts regarding the upcoming design of iPhone 4G and its rumored specifications. They have anticipated a whole new titanium and glass body, with bright OLED screen with tons of other features. The phone is most likely to be released by the April 2010. Take a look here:

iBluetooth, aka iBluenova is an application for Jailbroken iPhone which allows the user to send and receive files with their iPhone. The application has been released for beta-testing purpose to selected user and its final version would soon be available for download.

H8sn0w, has released their first beta software called “sn0wbreeze” which works with Windows XP/Vista/7 and is used to make a custom firmware for your iPhone or iPod touch. The current version of Sn0wbreeze supports iPhone 2G/3G/3GS(non MC) and iPod touch 1G and 2G (non MC).

It is now confirmed from some sources that Steve Ballmer would announce a new “Slate Type Computer” during the CES 2010 Keynote. The PC would support all the versions of Windows since XP and would offer built-in E-Reader capabilities.

Apple might announce some new awesome products in their first event of this new year, which would be held on January 27, 2010. The new products might include the launch of a new Apple Mobile-OS, iPhone 4.0 and their new tablet PC (iSlate).

Rumor has it that the an Apple Tablet, which would be called iSlate would be released by the 27th of this month. The word about its features and specification has been around the internet for a while, but a source has something to say about the hardware details this tablet would carry.

Its not only the smart phones on which Google and HTC have collaborated to work on with, its now have been extended to the development of a Tablet PC. Both the companies are working hard to create a tablet PC which competes directly with the Apple’s Tablet

iPhone does not support multi-tasking by default, and if you’re using iPhone as your primary mobile communication device for a while then you’ll notice that the whole OS is designed in a way that you would never feel that it lags multi-tasking, but if you’re not satisfied with it, there’s an app for that too!
