The new commercial of Samsung Galaxy Tab hints that the upcoming tablet would be capable of making video phone calls, just like Facetime for iPhone 4. As the tablet fully supports 3G network for data transfer, it means that the Samsung tab users would be able to roam around the city with the capability to make audio and video calls with the help of VoIP.
Samsung is quite enjoying the popularity of their latest Android handset – Samsung Galaxy S, which has so far become one of the most famous Android handset available in the market. The new music line up that has been released by Apple recently in their iPod Music Event 2010 includes their latest iPod touch 4G (supporting Retina Display, dual camera and facetime), iPod Shuffle and iPod Nano 6G (with a tiny touch screen and other features).
With a host of new announcements refreshing the iPod line of music players from Apple, the iPod Touch, nano, iTunes and Apple TV unveilings, it was refreshing to see that the “new” iPod Shuffle, the runt of the iPod litter also got an “update”, that finally got rid of the much maligned previous model that dispensed with the buttons altogether.

With the release of the new iPod Touch, nano and shuffle, Apple also updated their syncing software, the iTunes 10. Is some convergence underway between the iPad and Apple’s iMac desktop computers? A patent filing spotted by AppleInsider certainly suggest so. The filing, which was published in January, describes “transitioning between modes of input” on a device that supports both mouse and touch interfaces—and the illustration almost hints at an iMac successor:
CineXPlayer for iPad is available in the Apple app store that allows you to stream those video formats from your iTunes directly that are not supported by Apple.
